*Lunch for Fri, Oct 14 is a cookout.

The WIU representative will be here today at lunch time in the second computer lab.

*Football team plays tonight at Carrollton at 7:00.

*Seniors:  Pizza and cookie dough orders are due TODAY to Mr. Mast or Mr. Harbourn. Your money is due with the orders. Checks should be made out to the high school.

*If you are in pep club, or want to be in pep club, and have not paid your $3 fee yet, you need to pay it to Mrs. Reeves or Miss Isaacks TODAY!!!

*The end of First Quarter is today.

*Danielle Bevens and Cody Hildebrand still owe art club dues.  Please get them turned in to Mrs. Zanger by today. 

*Students needing community service hours have a great opportunity to earn them during the Altrusa Coat Drive.  The help is needed in sorting and sizing the donated coats.  Also on the Coat give away day there is a great need for help.  The list of the dates, times, and place can be found in Mrs. Callahan’s office.

*Juniors - please turn in your dues & community service hours

*Hannibal High School is hosting a Beyond H.S. Expo on Tuesday, October 18 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.  Over fifty colleges, technical schools, and military representatives will be in attendance.

*Seniors:  The list of participants for the Oct. 19th College and Career Fair in Pittsfield are listed on Mrs. Callahan’s web page.

*Class rings will be delivered Mon, Oct 24 before school (7:30-8:00).   The ring must be paid for before you can pick it up.

*The Sadie Hawkins Dance will be on Fri, Oct 28 in the HS MPR.

*The next Payson Pride celebration is Nov 30.  To participate in the day, you need to be have zero tardies from Oct 13 until Nov 30 along with zero office referrals.

*Do you need community service hours?  Here are a few opportunities:

  • The concession stand for JH girls basketball needs workers.  Please stop by the office if you are interested.
  • The Grade school is in need of people to help out at Homework Haven.  This runs from 3:05 – 4:00 Monday thru Thursday. Volunteers would help younger students with math, reading, science and/or spelling tests.  If you are interested, please contact Ms. Brokaw.
  • The concession stand for the JV Volleyball tournament tomorrow needs workers, anytime from 8-5.  Please sign up in the office.
