Quincy Medical Group is offering free sports physicals in Quincy. These physicals are open to all area student athletes. All athletes who receive a sports physical at QMG will get a complimentary t‑shirt.
Appointments are required. Please call (217) 222‑6550, ext. 3282 to schedule an appointment in Quincy.
You will need to bring the IESA/IHSA physical form with you.
School Hours: JH/HS 8:00am-2:55pm, GS 8:10am-3:05pm
Every Wednesday is early dismissal for PLCs: HS @1:55pm & GS @2:05pm
All instructional fees are due by August 31, 2026. If you are unable to make the full payment, please contact the office to set up a payment plan.
Meal accounts should be in the positive at the beginning of each week.
Sports fees and physical are due by the first practice.
If you wish to apply for free/reduced meals, you will need to fill out the application. If you wish to apply for an instructional fee waiver, then you must fill out the free/reduced meal application as well as the fee waiver application. Applications may be submitted to the offices beginning August 3, 2026. You can apply at any time during the school year as the need arises.

Online Registration will tentatively open in mid to late July in your Skyward Family Access. You will have a registration tile in Skyward Family Access when it has been published.
Aug 3, from 8:30-11:30 am--GS and JH/HS offices will be open for NEW STUDENT registration and to pay fees by cash or check.
Aug 4, from 8:30-11:30 am and from 12-3pm--GS and JH/HS offices will be open for RETURNING STUDENTS registration (on a chromebook) and to pay fees by cash or check.
If you are unable to register online or want to pay your fees in person and are unavailable for these dates, please call or email the building secretary AFTER AUGUST 3, 2026 to set up an appointment.
