*Lunch for Weds, March 28 is walking tacos, spanish rice, 7-layer salad & fruit

*We will run meeting schedule today for Class Sponsors.

*Miss Isaacks' English I students need to report to the library for class today.

*Softball plays tonight at home vs Pittsfield at 4:30.

*Pep Club members - your t-shirt design is due to Mrs. Reeves or Ms. Isaacks by 3:00 today.  Remember if your design is chosen, you get a free t-shirt.

*Prom RSVPs are due to Mrs. Zanger by Thurs, March 29.  Make sure you've attached your money.

*STEM applications for next year's class are due to Mr. Carey by Fri, March 30.

*Seniors - All Payson Foundation Scholarships are due on Friday to Mrs. Callahan.

*Yearbooks are for sale--deadline is Weds, April 4 for $50.00.  After that, the price goes up to $55.00.  Order forms are in Mrs. Germann's room or in the office.

*JH Dance tryouts will be on Mon, April 9 and Tues, April 10 at 6:00.  Actual tryouts will be Weds, April 11.  Sign up in the office.

*JH Cheer tryouts will be on Mon, April 16 at 4:30 and Tues, April 17 after school.  Actual tryouts will be Weds, April 18 at 4:30. 

*Students—anyone needing to warm up their lunch needs to use the microwaves in the MPR.  The Home Ec. Room is off limits.  Mrs. Germann is tired of cleaning up after you.

*Community service hours are available by working in the softball concession stand on Saturday.  You can work from 10-noon, noon-2 or 2-4.  Stop by the office if interested.

*Community service hours are available by working carnival games at Jenna's benefit on April 22.  Times are available from 12-6.  Please stop by the office or call Marilyn Smith at 257-2113 if interested.

*Seniors - Information is in the office regarding summer employment doing yard work or taking care of horses.

*Art Club will be selling tacos from Taco Bell to be delivered during HS lunch on April 4.  Price is $1.25 per taco and you must sign up by Friday.

*Forms for Canton R-V HS's 3 on 3 tournament are in the office.  It will be held on Sat, April 21 for ages 4-16.

*Indian Basketball Summer camp for grades 1-8 will be from May 21-25.  Forms are in the office.

*Next year's football players - The parent group is collecting emails and setting up summer meetings.  Please contact Vicky Steffen at 440-0741 or vsteffen77@gmail.com to be added to the list.

*There is a parent's meeting for football on Sunday April 1st at 3pm at Caribou Coffee at County Market on 48th St. All parents of next year's players (new and returning players) are encouraged to attend. It will be a short informational meeting and brainstorming on ideas for the upcoming season.

*There are coupons for Seno Formal Wear in the office.

*Sign-up sheets for the Plainville Lions summer baseball and softball league are in the office. 

*Mr. Page is selling Payson Seymour Athletics t-shirts to students for $5.00 each.  All money will go towards the weight room construction.  An example is hanging in the office window.

*There will be a benefit on April 22 for Jenna Edwards.  Tshirts are being sold for $10.00 each, with orders due by April 10.  For an additional $25.00, you can be a sponsor and have your name printed on the back.  Order forms are available in the office.

*There are signup sheets in the office for rosters for the volleyball tournament during Jenna's benefit on April 22.  For more information, call Kathy Flesner at 430-4049.

  • HS Baccaleurate - Thurs, May 17 at 8:00 at the Payson Methodist Church
  • 8th Grade Graduation - Fri, May 18 at 7:00.
  • HS Graduation - Sat, May 19 at 3:00
  • Dead Week for Summer 2012 - July 15-21.  During this time, there will be no mandatory or optional events scheduled for extracurricular activities. Future Dead Weeks: Summer 2013 - July 14-20; Summer 2014 - July 13-19; Summer 2015 - July 12-18; Summer 2016 - July 17-23
