CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Lisa Schwartz called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll was taken with the following members present: Denise Albsmeyer, Keith Barry, Russ Board, Danelle Donley, Cory Hagerbaumer, Trista Neisen and Lisa Schwartz.
Also present were Donna Veile, Julie Molidor, Greg Buescher, Tyler Duschinsky, Lucas Ayers and Nancy Cromie.

AD REPORT
Tyler Duschinsky submitted a report on current sports. The JH wrestling co-op paperwork was signed by all schools and submitted to IESA.
TECHNOLOGY REPORT
Lucas Ayers submitted a report of technology issues. He is working on network upgrades and looking to purchase protective gear for the chromebooks.

SUPERINTENDENT REPORT
Donna Veile shared information from the Two Rivers Division and PSIC meetings. There is a request to make a course a weighted class.
2025 TAX LEVY

IASB POLICIES
Barry made a motion to approve the second reading of IASB policies as listed on the agenda. Albsmeyer seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Donley, Hagerbaumer, Neisen and Schwartz NAY: None
SICK LEAVE BANK REQUEST

GAME HELP PAY
Donley made a motion to increase the pay of game help to $35 for JH games and $45 for HS games. Barry seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Donley, Hagerbaumer, Neisen and Schwartz NAY: None
MAINTENANCE GRANT FY26
Barry made a motion to approve the application for a FY26 Maintenance Grant. Donley seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Donley, Hagerbaumer, Neisen and Schwartz NAY: None
ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL REPORT
Julie Molidor shared that the Payson UMC is providing a Christmas dinner for 10 families and 20 families were adopted for the Christmas season. There were daily dress up themes, a visit from Santa and TRIBES. There was a great turnout for the annual Winter concert. A 6th grade curriculum update was shared via a slideshow.
JH/HS PRINCIPAL REPORT
Greg Buescher shared that the annual Winter concert highlighted the talents of the students in the music program. The Winter Ball will be held on December 20. There were many student activities this month, including a food drive, winter sport pictures, PBIS Celebration Day and the Spanish Club Christmas party. The Academic Talent Search advisor met with JH students. A slideshow on FFA and band activities was presented.
MOVE TO CLOSED SESSION
Barry made a motion to move into closed session for the purpose of discussing the employment of personnel, student matters, and other items appropriate for closed session. Donley seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Donley, Hagerbaumer, Neisen and Schwartz NAY: None

The board approved the consent agenda, 2025 tax levy, second reading of IASB policies, sick leave bank request, to increase the game help pay and the application for a maintenance grant. There was also discussion on Project Lead The Way.
