CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Lisa Schwartz called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll was taken with the following members present: Denise Albsmeyer, Russ Board, Danelle Donley, Cory Hagerbaumer, Trista Neisen and Lisa Schwartz. Keith Barry was absent.
Also present were Donna Veile, Julie Molidor, Greg Buescher, Chanse Barker and Nancy Cromie.

Blake Hiland addressed the board regarding IMRF enrollment.
AD REPORT
Tyler Duschinsky submitted a report on current sports. JH Wrestling will be added this year. The sports banners have been hung in the gym and are now up to date.
TRANSPORTATION REPORT
Chanse Barker presented the board with options regarding leasing a spare bus and the purchase of a new lawnmower.

Donna Veile shared information about a maintenance grant and the ROE compliance visit.
CURRICULUM REPORT
The curriculum committee shared an update on curriculum being used at the individual schools. The elementary utilizes Go Math and moved a teacher to help with more math intervention. The JH/HS continues to look at data to set curriculum and plan to use credit recovery.
RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN

DESTROY CLOSED SESSION AUDIO RECORDINGS OVER 18 MONTHS

JH WRESTLING COOP AGREEMENT FOR 25-26 AND 26-27
Schwartz made a motion to approve the JH wrestling coop agreement for 25-26 and 26-27 with Unity and Western. Neisen seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Board, Donley, Hagerbaumer, Neisen and Schwartz NAY: None
IASB POLICIES

SPARE BUS LEASE AND LAWNMOWER PURCHASE

ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL REPORT
Julie Molidor shared that the elementary had 98% attendance for parent/teacher conferences. The Veterans Day program was attended by 30 veterans and the students did a fabulous job singing and playing instruments. Read Night was a wonderful evening of learning and fun. Presentations for Erin’s Law will take place soon. The Payson UMC is once again sponsoring Thanksgiving meals and will provide 12 this year. A fifth grade curriculum update was shared.
JH/HS PRINCIPAL REPORT
Greg Buescher shared several student activities that took place at the JH/HS, including the Sadie Hawkins dance, first quarter picnic celebration and fire drill. Seniors and their parents were offered a FAFSA night. Parent/Teacher conferences had 57% parental attendance, which is up from last year. Staff attended a training with the ROE.

BOARD ACTION/DISCUSSION
The board approved the consent agenda, risk management plan, to destroy all closed session audio recordings older than 18 months, JH wrestling coop agreement, first reading of IASB policies, leasing a spare bus and purchase of a new lawnmower. After discussion on the estimated 2025 tax levy it was approved and it was determined that a hearing was not required. There was discussion on extra curricular accounts and the IASB conference.
