CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Denise Albsmeyer called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll was taken with the following members present: Denise Albsmeyer, Keith Barry, Russ Board, Danelle Donley and Cory Hagerbaumer. Trista Neisen and Lisa Schwartz were absent.
Also present were Donna Veile, Julie Molidor, Tyler Duschinsky, Lucas Ayers and Nancy Cromie.
VISITORS
Diane Germann, Tahnee Bauer, Blake Wolf, Theresa Bockhold, Dave Bockhold
PUBLIC
Theresa and Dave Bockhold presented the school with a certificate from the Adams County Bicentennial Committee.
Diane Germann shared a STEM slideshow and reported that Seniors took their annual group picture today. At this time 14 seniors are interested in going on the proposed senior trip to Florida.
AD REPORT
Tyler Duschinsky shared a report on sports currently in season. A JH wrestling coop with Unity and Western is in the planning process.
TECHNOLOGY REPORT
Lucas Ayers submitted a report on technology issues over the past month. Camera issues are being addressed. Water sensors are being installed. Storage is being moved to the cloud.

SUPERINTENDENT REPORT
Donna Veile talked about the district report card, the potential to lease/purchase a spare bus, and gave an update on the junior high/high school kitchen and classroom project. She also reminded the board that the November meeting is on Tuesday, November 18.
SALARY AND BENEFITS REPORT
Barry made a motion to approve the salary and benefits report. Board seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Donley, and Hagerbaumer NAY: None
LIGHTS FOR PICKLEBALL COURT
Barry made a motion to approve lights for the pickleball court. Hagerbaumer seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Donley, and Hagerbaumer NAY: None
ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL REPORT
Julie Molidor shared a report on student activities and upcoming annual events such as Parent/Teacher Conferences, Read Night and the Veteran’s Day Program. Students continue to earn raffle tickets for following PRIDE expectations. She shared a PreK curriculum update.
JH/HS PRINCIPAL REPORT
Greg Buescher submitted a report on student activities and events at the junior high/high school.
MOVE TO CLOSED SESSION
Barry made a motion to move into closed session for the purpose of discussing the employment of personnel, student matters, and other items appropriate for closed session. Donley seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Donley and Hagerbaumer NAY: None

There was discussion on extra-curricular accounts, gravel parking lot and an increase in certified substitute pay to $140 per day.
